Existence theorems for nth-order discontinuous ordinary differential inclusions

چکیده
In this work an existence theorem for nth-order ordinary differential inclusions is proved without the continuity of multi-valued functions. Our results are an improvement upon the existence results of Dhage et al. [B.C. Dhage, T.L. Holambe, S.K. Ntouyas, Upper and lower solutions for second order discontinuous differential inclusions, Math. Sci. Res. J. 7 (5) (2003) 206–212] and Agarwal et al. [R.P. Agarwal, B.C. Dhage, D. O’Regan, The method of upper and lower solution for differential inclusions via a lattice fixed point theorem, Dynam. Systems Appl. 12 (2003) 1–7] under weaker conditions. c © 2006 Published by Elsevier Ltd

Variational iteration method for solving nth-order fuzzy integro-differential equations
In this paper, the variational iteration method for solving nth-order fuzzy integro differential equations (nth-FIDE) is proposed. In fact the problem is changed to the system of ordinary fuzzy integro-differential equations and then fuzzy solution of nth-FIDE is obtained. Some examples show the efficiency of the proposed method.
متن کاملFixed point theorems for $alpha$-$psi$-contractive mappings in partially ordered sets and application to ordinary differential equations
In this paper, we introduce $alpha$-$psi$-contractive mapping in partially ordered sets and construct fixed point theorems to solve a first-order ordinary differential equation by existence of its lower solution.
متن کاملON THE EXISTENCE OF PERIODIC SOLUTIONS FOR CERTAIN NON-LINEAR DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS
Here we consider some non-autonomous ordinary differential equations of order n and present some results and theorems on the existence of periodic solutions for them, which are sufficient conditions, section 1. Also we include generalizations of these results to vector differential equations and examinations of some practical examples by numerical simulation, section 2. For some special cases t...
متن کاملSystems of Differential Inclusions in the Absence of Maximum Principles and Growth Conditions
This article investigates the existence of solutions to second-order boundary value problems (BVPs) for systems of ordinary differential inclusions. The boundary conditions may involve two or more points. Some new inequalities are presented that guarantee a priori bounds on solutions to the differential inclusion under consideration. These a priori bound results are then applied, in conjunction...
متن کاملOn Systems of Boundary Value Problems for Differential Inclusions
Herein we consider the existence of solutions to second-order, two-point boundary value problems (BVPs) for systems of ordinary differential inclusions. Some new Bernstein Nagumo conditions are presented that ensure a priori bounds on the derivative of solutions to the differential inclusion. These a priori bound results are then applied, in conjunction with appropriate topological methods, to ...
